SPECIFICATIONS FOR TRAINING REPORT The report shall be computer typed (English-, Font – Times New Roman , text Size-12 point, Heading -14 with bold & sub heading -14 without bold ) and printed on A4 size paper. The report shall be Spiral bound with cover page. The printing should be single sided only. The report shall be typed on one side only with §   1.5 spaces with a margin 1.5” on the left & 1”on all others. §   The indenting should be justified (no tab indenting for new paragraph). §   There should be double line spacing for gap b/w paragraphs. §   Chapter subheading numbering e.g.: 1.1 or 2.1 etc. §   There should be Separator sheets between the chapters mentioning chapter no. & the title & should also carry one transparency with each separator sheet.
